How to use it
- Add one row for each medicine at each time of day: a pill at 8 AM and 8 PM is two rows.
- Print it and keep it where you take your medicines.
- Tick the box as soon as you take each dose.
Write down the schedule your doctor gave you. Questions about doses go to your doctor or pharmacist.
When paper isn’t enough
A tracker shows what you took when you remember to tick it. Pillbean rings at each time, rings again if you ignore it, and keeps the real time of each dose by itself.
